On 1st December 2020 we had with more than 100 participants a successfull virtual kick-off meeting of the scientific network at the Graduate Academy of the University of Rostock.
We had two inspiring keynotes by Heidi Seibold on “Let’s become open science champions” and Daniel Nüst “Reproducibility and peer review”. People could also get some training in workshops on “Reproducible statistical data analysis with R and RMarkdown” and “Reproducible data science with Jupyter notebooks” offered by myself and Frank Krüger & Max Schröder, respectively.
